Main tasks:

- Maintenance of master data of customers and suppliers
- Handling outbound and inbound clients/suppliers enquiries and acting as the face of the company
- Carry out suppliers master data internal audit
- Embedding of master data process from Credit Control team
- Contact with Local Business Units and Credit Control to resolve challenges in master data
- Back-up of colleagues in their operational duties
- Validation of associates in internal application
- Playing an active role in development and implementation of internal application for validation of associates, approval flow and credit limits
- Manage documentation for Master Data procedures and Validation of associates in internal application
- Initiating ideas for improvements
- Implementing, monitoring and improving Master Data process towards harmonization and standardization

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

- Literacy in Excel/Phoenix/Visma/Velocity
- Fluent English language
- French/Spanish/German/Russian language will be an asset
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle processes and drive process improvements
- Ability to build a good working relationship within the team
- Accuracy
- The position is fulltime and placed in Poznan, Poland
